What to expect without check up at 23 weeks?

Due to lack of insurance and other things I have not been able to see a doctor. Calculating from my last period I found out I'm 23 weeks pregnant and I haven't been in to see a doctor at all. I have been taking prenatal vitamins, and eating pretty good, but I'm afraid of what I have already done to my baby for not being seen by a doctor. I have an appointment to see a doctor tomorrow but I'm looking for some in fo before i see him tomorrow. Please if there are any doctors on here that could give me some information that would be great. I don't need any criticism or negative input on what a bad mother I am, so if that's all you have to say, save it. Please Help.
