Iron during the first 13 weeks of pregnancy?

when i was pregnant the same thing happened to me , i had to take them and i saw that on the label , just ask your dr to make sure its safe , tell them what u red , but most likely it will be safe if a dr prescribed it to u , but just make sure if u feel uncomfortable. i have a hard time swallowing tablets also !! good luck and congrajulations on your baby ! :)
