Vitamin B-12 for building muscle and dosage?
I'm working out to build muscle and I've heard B-12 is a good aid in this. Is this true? And how much do I take? Because the complex has 15mcg but I see supplements that have like 5,000mcg so I'm confused about a healthy dosage.
