How probable is it that I am pregnant? Before answering, I already take prenatal vitamins. I have PCOS.?

So POAS isnt always accurate. I do not have insurance so getting a blood test is out. I am nauseous off and on, my breasts ache off and on but do not sting or tingle or anything. I have a low back ache and some cramping. I have heartburn and food aversions Ive never had. I have trouble sleeping at night and am moody according to my husband. I DO NOT PMS, EVER. I am asking primarily what the odds are I am pregnant or how many others have experienced the same symptoms and ended up pregnant? I have taken POAS but it is negative. Has anyone else experienced this?
