Could someone please give me the name of?

an over the counter sleep aid tablets or brand i can use that will dissolve easily into a hot/cold drink and won't have any taste to it? FYI my mother has bronchitis and hates the taste of chewable stuff. She is having problems falling asleep due to her husband who just passed. Please help and only serious answers. Thanks
