These unhealthy signs?

i got a bottle of 120 vitamin C chewable pill things 500 mg each and i ate all 120 in 3 days because i got addicted to the taste now im wondering i had a sore stomach and diarrhea in the past 2 days this seems unusual can anyone list the problems and if its that bad fatal conditions of vitamin C overdose i had at least 20000-30000 mg in under 3 days
