Ok need a conversion. .15mg is equal to ____ mcg?

trying to figure this out and ive been out of school for sometime. i need to give 0.15 mg per lb. but the medicine is a chewable and says the dosage is 272 mcg. the lbs is 58. so how many mcg tablets do i give for a 58lb subject. again the medicine doasage is suppose to .15 mg per lb. the tablet is 272 mcg. i hope this makes sense.
