Vitamins to make my hair grow long and strong?

Please dont tell me to take a drug. Just like a simple chewy pill that has a certain vitamin in it please. Anyway, what kind of vitamin(s) can i eat to make my hair grow longer and strong. Where can i find them? A simple answer containing where i can find the vitamin, and what kind will help.:) If u know of a certain like chewable vitamin?? Thanks!!!
