Should I get the liquid or dried elderberry extract- is one better or different (Sambucol brand)?

This Sambucol comes in different forms, and of course the chewable tablets containg the dried extract is more convenient. But then there is the liquid form, which you store in the fridge, and contains the liquid elderberry extract. The amounts of extract are also differnt, i dont know why. Can anyone help please??
