I need to know if this is bad for me. Iam taking a lot of supplements right now and just need to know if this could affect my health? I am taking. Spring valley magnesium. Nature made calcium with vitamin D 600mg. One a day teen advantage. Meijers chewable vitamin c 500 mg. Nature made vitamin e. And nature made multi complete liquid capsels. Is this too much for me? I take one a day of all of these. I also weigh 151 lbs if this matters! Thank you!
