I need a chewable pill to lose weight?

im 14 220lbs and i need to lose waight i cant get out and run cause my mom wont let me i need a pill that will make me lose waight and gane muscles also i choke easy so if you know a chewable pill tell me if not tell me a pill that i can use anyways
