I CAN'T SWALLOW PILLS!?

I am 15 years old and find it a little embarrassing that I can't perform a simple task of swallowing an Advil Liqui-Gel. Before you begin listing methods and tricks that will help me, I just want to let you know that I have tried MANY things with no luck. Whenever I am prescribed medicine, I have to awkwardly ask the doctor if I can get that pill as a chewable. I am tired of this and need to find a method that will help me and end this once and for all! Please help!
