All about growth: Can you mentally tell your brain to make your body begin to grow taller?

lol No you can't tell yourself to grow taller. 5'8 sounds tall, but you might get alittle taller by your self. Do you drink alot of coffee? I heard that makes you shrink, but i dont know if it's true =)
