Pregnancy nervous, Help!?

Im a nervous first time mommy. I have been taking prenatal vitamins regularly and everything I haven't had any bleeding at all or cramping thats severe. But People keep telling me about Missed miscarriges ): it freaks me out. I went for a scan at 9 weeks and the baby was great. I'm going tomoro at 12 weeks should everything be ok?
