Can I take Pepto Bismo in an aorplane with me?

I carry Pepto Bismo with me, the chewable ones, because when I get nervous I get diaharriea so I use that. I'm going on vacation and was wondering if I'll be allowed to take Pepto Bismo Chewables with me or inside my luggage, So Can I??
