Can I give my 2 year old a glycerin suppository now if I gave her chewable laxative this morning?

The first Laxitive I gave her was at 9am this morning and it was Pedia-lax chewables, they didnt work and it says 30 min to 6 hours. I bought the Pedia-lax Liquid glycerin suppository as well and wondered if I can use that now? It's only been 10 hours since the first one but she is crying and cant go.. I don't know if I should wait until tomorrow or if it is safe to give now.
